I offer massage as a way to bring you back into your body, to release tension and restore a sense of balance and ease. With a Diploma in Remedial Massage and an intuitive, grounded touch, I meet you where you are — blending practical technique with deep listening to what your body really needs.

Each session is different. I combine remedial and deep tissue work for targeted relief with slower, flowing relaxation techniques to calm your nervous system. When needed, I weave in subtle energy awareness, helping you unwind fully — physically and energetically.
